We act as an independent travel planner and booking service.

We research, recommend and secure accommodation on behalf of our clients.

All accommodation and travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers (such as hotels and accommodation providers) and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

We do not own, operate or control the accommodation.

3. How the Booking Process Works

When you request a booking:

• Accommodation options are researched and presented
• Once you confirm your preferred option, we secure the reservation on your behalf
• Full payment is required before the booking is finalised
• A booking confirmation is sent once the reservation has been confirmed by the supplier

A booking is considered confirmed only after supplier confirmation has been received.

4. Pricing and Service Fees

The total price may include:

• Accommodation cost charged by the supplier
• A planning and booking service fee

All prices are clearly communicated and agreed before payment is taken.

Prices may change until the moment the booking is confirmed, due to supplier availability and rate changes.

5. Payments

Payments must be made in full before a booking is secured.

By making payment you confirm that:
• you are authorised to use the payment method
• the traveller details provided are correct

6. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the accommodation provider and the selected booking rate.

The applicable cancellation terms will always be communicated before payment.

Refunds are subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy and may not be available for non-refundable bookings.

Service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, as the planning and booking service has been delivered.

7. Our Service Commitment

This service includes:
• research and recommendations
• booking management
• assistance before and during travel

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and smooth travel arrangements, all accommodation services remain under the responsibility of the third-party supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• changes or cancellations made by suppliers
• the quality or delivery of accommodation services
• travel delays, disruptions or force-majeure events

However, we will provide reasonable assistance to help resolve booking-related issues.
